  We ordered a dishwasher from them and paid for installation. Installation was a week out from when we purchased and that's average so whatever.....installation day rolls around and I'm promised that they'll be here between 2-4, than I get a call at 4:30 and they promise he'll be here between 5-6 because his prior job was difficult.....7:30 rolls around and I'm still waiting. Nobody bothered to call and tell us that he wouldn't be coming. For the amount of money we paid through them for installation compared to other local businesses and no communication shocks me. I will never go back there.
