  Very disappointed. I called a few places to get a quote and although this was not the cheapest, he said he would go in the attic crawl space and would clean it out if there were birds in there. He came to the house took a nest off the side of the house and said that was it. I said I was fairly sure there were some in the attic space and he said was sure there wasn't. I called him back because there were birds up there. Not only could we hear them, but we saw them fly in through a vent on the side of the house. I called him 5 times and he kept saying he would come back, but never did. We still have the problem and $200 poorer.
